From the first time I’ve ever called them, it resulted in meeting the owner (Matt) and making a house visit to assess my needs and to sell a plan of action. He was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I hired them on the spot for a driveway and walkway cleaning.
The crew arrived at my home on time. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude. Matt exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as he executed his team to carry out the work as planned. They were even willing to navigate around my newly planted bushes to get the job done. Matt and the team worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
It was refreshing that Matt, who was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right, also pitched in to help clean. Because of all these factors, I am extending my loyalty to additional regular cleaning and have recommended their services to several people. This team at Dr. Clean are a real asset, and I suggest them and their services to anyone in the Tidewater area.”
